1. Orders & Pricing

1. All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST).

2. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

3. If a pricing or listing error occurs (for example, an incorrect price or description), Byron Music reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order before shipment. We will contact you to offer the option to proceed, receive a corrected price, choose a replacement, or receive a full refund.

2. Payment

1. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed or shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip and other payment methods listed on our Payment Options page.

2. Upon successful payment, you will receive an official Tax Invoice via email which clearly shows the GST amount and itemised cost for your purchase.

3. Stock & Availability

1. We make every effort to maintain accurate product information and stock levels, but some items may sell quickly or become unavailable.

2. If an item ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you one of the following options: (a) wait for a back-order, (b) choose a replacement product, or (c) receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for full details on carriers, delivery times, free-shipping eligibility, surcharge items (e.g., heavy or large equipment), rural delivery restrictions etc.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

1. Our returns, refund and warranty policies comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Please refer to our Returns Policy, Refund Policy and Warranty Policy for full details including eligibility, time-limits, exclusions (such as clearance or hygiene-sensitive items) and process.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. To the extent permitted by law, Byron Music is not liable for any loss, damage or cost arising from:
   – improper use, modification or unauthorised repairs of products;
   – assembly, operation, care or storage of the product (see clause 2 below).

2. Customers must refer to the manufacturer’s official instructions for assembly, safe operation, care, and storage of each product. Byron Music gives no independent advice or guarantee regarding how a product should be assembled or operated.

3. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match description).

7. Intellectual Property & Use of Website

1. All content on the Byron Music website (text, images, layout, design) is owned by Byron Music or its licensors.

2. You may print or download extracts for your personal use only. You may not modify, reproduce, publish or distribute any of the content without our prior written consent.

3. Use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates we publish.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

9. Amendments

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website will indicate the “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the website or purchase after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
