Returns & Refunds Byron Music does not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully before your purchase. Byron Music adheres to Australian Consumer Laws outlined by the ACCC. These guidelines can be viewed here.
Byron Music accepts returns that qualify under these guidelines within 30 days of purchase.
Due to health reasons, some products cannot be returned such as harmonicas, earphones & headphones etc.
Returns are to be arranged by the customer as well as cover any shipping costs. Item(s) returned must be in perfect condition, include all original packaging/accessories (if applicable) and the original receipt.
If the item(s) was originally shipped free, this cost will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee may also apply.
Byron Music reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) is returned in an unsaleable condition.
Byron Music will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
