REFUND POLICY

Refunds at Byron Music
Byron Music processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC). Refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

Eligibility for a Refund

  • Refunds are issued if the product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from its description.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice) is required.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.).

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Deductions & Fees

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Restocking fees may apply if the product is not returned in original condition.

Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, products such as harmonicas, earphones, and headphones cannot be refunded unless faulty.
