RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Byron Music follows Australian Consumer Law to ensure every customer is treated fairly.

1. Eligible Returns

You can return a product if it:

  • Arrived faulty or defective

  • Was not as described

  • Developed a major fault shortly after purchase

Change-of-mind returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Return Conditions

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery or collection.

  • Items must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

3. Process

  1. Contact Byron Music for authorisation.

  2. Ship or bring the product back for inspection.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumables (strings, reeds, batteries, etc.)

  • Software and digital downloads

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
