In celebration of the 75th anniversary of Abbey Road Studios, the EMI TG12345 Curve Bender stands as the ultimate TG equalizer. Crafted by Chandler Limited's designer, Wade Goeke, this Curve Bender draws its inspiration from the vintage EMI TG12345 console that played a pivotal role in recording The Beatles and Pink Floyd. This latest EMI equalizer upholds the legacy of EMI's EQ designs that commenced with the RS57 in 1954, followed by the 1969 TG12345 and the 1974 TG12412.
Wade expanded upon the nine EQ selections found in the original version, creating 51 distinct EQ points. Additionally, a multiply switch has been introduced, allowing for a cut/boost range of up to ±13.5dB while also enhancing the Q-factor. The high and low bands offer a range of filters and selections between bell and shelf EQ options.
